Meet Our Team
In 2008 Doni founded Southeast Surgical exclusively representing the Scanlan Brand in the states of Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Prior to starting his own distributorship, Doni spent 11 years in the medical sales industry establishing solid relationships and gaining invaluable experience.
Doni’s favorite thing to do is spend time outdoors with his 16- year-old old son and Fox Red Lab, ‘Rem’. They love to go hunting and fishing but above all they love attending Clemson Football games. GO TIGERS!!

Brie joined the Southeast Surgical team in 2020 shortly after she relocated to the Atlanta area with her family from the Northeast. She has many years of marketing experience and has worked with brands like adidas, Coach and ESPRIT.
Brie is passionate about her family, friends and animal rescue. When she is not working, she volunteers a lot of her time with FurKids Atlanta and loves to spend time walking the local shelter dogs. At home she cares for 7-year-old twins, 3 rescue dogs and 1 adorable, long haired, teddy bear hamster named Winnie!
She is excited about the opportunity to work with the Southeast Surgical team where everyone is committed to producing high quality work and getting results.
Prior to joining the Southeast Surgical Team, Shannon thrived in the recruiting industry for almost 14 years. She mastered B2B sales, full cycle recruiting, branch/territory management, project management, and customer service. After relocating to Orlando, she decided that it was time for a big change and wanted a fresh challenge. Shannon’s ambitions led her in a new direction and in 2017 she joined Southeast Surgical.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and two pups while exploring Florida’s great outdoors. Her favorite activities include boating, kayaking, hanging out on the beach, riding motorcycles, and hitting the gym.
Since joining the Southeast Surgical team, Shannon has had the opportunity to learn about the surgical field and its importance as it relates to communities across the state of FL. Shannon has enjoyed learning about surgical procedures, instruments/devices and observing the surgical teams in action! The dedication and passion the surgeons and surgical teams have for their field inspires her to work even harder to ensure all surgical teams have the best products and training possible.
